We only collect the information you choose to give us in our forms: your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, and — if you are booking — the date of your event. We do not ask for, collect, or store payment card details, bank information, or government identification numbers on this website.
This website also saves one preference in your browser (local storage): the language you selected, English or Spanish. It contains no personal data and is never sent to us.
We use your information only to answer your inquiry, prepare a quote, schedule your event, and coordinate the details of the decoration you requested. We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or email about your request. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.
Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox and stored in our private Google Workspace account (Google Sheets and Google Calendar). Photographs shown on this site are served from our private Google Drive. Google acts as our service provider and processes this data under its own privacy terms. Our website is hosted by Hostinger.
We keep your information for as long as needed to serve you and to keep our business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
You may ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and you may ask us to stop contacting you. Write to info@partydecorv.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Prices and photographs shown on this website are examples and are subject to change and to availability. Sending a form does not create a contract: a booking is confirmed only when we confirm it with you directly and any agreed deposit has been received. Decorations are custom work; final colors, materials, and finishes may differ slightly from the reference photographs. Setup and takedown times, access to the venue, and any permits required by the venue are the client's responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Cancellation and rescheduling conditions are agreed individually for each event and are communicated to you before your booking is confirmed. All photographs, designs, and text on this website belong to PartyDecorV and may not be reproduced without permission.
